2.What a photographer must consider when doing still life photography is that they are in control of everything. they have control over the lighting and the objects, and the placement of the objects. Doing still-life photography can be a lot easier then doing it with a real person. You can change the photo anytime you want and changing it won't affect the objects.

3.Apertue Priority sets the aperture automatically while you manually change the shutter speed. Aperture Priority sets the aperture to a certain number depending on the shutter speed.

4. Small aperture makes the background of the photo blurry and it gives it a different affect.

Part 2

1. You can take photos of the city, houses, food, people, etc.

2. Businesses, photography lovers, restaurants, people, etc.

3. Its a great chance for photographers to get their photos seen. You can also manipulate the photo to what you want it to be.

Part 3

1. You can arrange fruit, plants, daily life objects, etc.

2. The arrangement of these objects could mean anything to anyone. 

3. You could use a white background if you just want to focus on the objects or a nice scenery depending on what objects you have.

What is a model release? Why do you need one?
 When you're out shooting pictures you need a model release form to fill out so you know what you can and can't do.

Why should you keyword your photos?
Keywording your photos can make your photos more noticed by people.

Why do you have to be careful about shooting images with band names or logos?
People who are buying your photos may reject you because you have a logo in your picture. They reject your photos because the owner of that business of the logo owns it.

Why should you save space?
A lot of pictures may not be suitable because theres no space for text or a headline.

Designers can easily get these photos.

Why should designers be careful about using Royalty Free images?

Another designer can easily pick the same photo another designer picked.

What is an alternative to Royalty Free images?

An alternative can be that they follow whats trending and get different ideas within the business.

What is the difference between Royalty Free and Rights Managed stock photography?

Royalty Free photos can let anyone take their photos, while Rights Managed photos, only certain businesses can use them.

Part 3:

What is a legal issue that is covered in the FAQ that you never thought of before you read about it?

If I photograph a crowd at a baseball stadium and its published, but the boss of one of the people in the audience recognized him as an employee who called in sick that day and fires him, can he sue me for causing him to lose his job?

Why is it an interesting legal issue to you?
I think its interesting because the question is very twisted and is difficult to follow.

First Free Shoot

In this photo is a cat named Moonshine posing for a picture.

Moonshine laying down in the warm weather.

Moonshine playing in the grass.

Moonshine watching a dog walk by.

-What I was mostly happy about was that the lighting outside was very good for taking photos. What I would do differently is to try and find a better background. I learned that there are different types of backgrounds and lighting for different photos.

What can presets do for you?
Presets have all these different settings and if you need help with improving a picture then you would most likely use different kinds of presets.

The reason I picked this preset was because I like the effect it gave the picture. The lighting around the edges is darker than the middle. I also like how the letters on the window stand out more.

RAW vs. JPEG

Part 1:

What are three advantages of a RAW file?

- Will give you much more control over how your image looks

-Corrects mistakes you might have made when taking the picture

-You change the settings on the color range and sharpness

What is one disadvantage of a RAW file?

-RAW files are less sharp then JPEG files

What are the three advantages of a JPEG file?

-Internal software is quickly processed  and saved 

-Shoots more photos then RAW

-"Throws away" anything unnecessary in the photo

What is one disadvantage of a JPEG file?

-Some of the color is lost while "cleaning" the photo

A JPEG file is a file that is shot with a camera and you can change any of its settings and it will fix the picture automatically but will lose its data each time you change it.

A RAW file is typically a proprietary format that is not suitable for printing directly from a camera, not sharp, but is higher in dynamic range.

It retains all the information without compressing it and saving all the information in all the pixels within the image.

You have to process the image in order to get all of the data and compress it together

-Not every digital camera has the option to shoot in RAW format

-RAW files are significantly larger than JPEG files

-You can convert RAW into JPEG, but not the other way around
